We are approved Qualicoat Class 1 & 2 applicators which enable us to purchase D1000 and D2000 powders from internationally recognized suppliers like Akzo Nobel and Ferro Industrial Products.
Our Class 2 status allows us to provide a project guarantee of 25 years*

We own the only wood look powder coating facility in Africa, using Class 1 powders to create the wood look effect on aluminium profiles. 
Available in four basic colours - Cherry, Walnut, Mahogany & Old Oak

Powder Coating - Sandblasting & Steel

In preparation for powder coating the steel is sandblasted to clean away all impurities.
Our ovens can accommodate sizes up to 2m (H), 0.8m (W), 6m (L)  (8m Lengths for aluminium profiles) for powder coating.
